If data on the iPad is more up-to-date than on NimonikApp: Force Upload
When audit data is more up to date on the mobile app than it is on the web, you can force an upload by following the steps below
- Go to the List of your Audits.
- Hold down the Name of the Audit, two options should appear as below
- Select “Uploading to the server” and select OK at the next prompt
Once the upload is complete, be sure to verify the results on the web.
If data on the iPad is less up-to-date than on NimonikApp: Force Download
When audit data is more up to date on the web than it is on the mobile app, you can force a download by following the steps below
- Go to the List of your Audits.
- Hold down the Name of the Audit, two options should appear as below
- Select “Downloading from the server” and select OK at the next prompt
Once the upload is complete, be sure to verify the results on your device
