3.3.22 Track Documents and Clauses for Changes

The Track column in Compliance Obligations Registers allows you to determine which Documents and which Clauses you would like to receive External Actions for.  

To change the tracking status of a document or a clause, click on the checkmark or checkbox that appears in its Track column.

Bulk Modification of the Tracking  Statuses

Document Level CO

  • Select the documents you wish to modify by clicking on their respective checkboxes in the first column on the left.

  • Click on Edit Selected 

  • Remove or add the Track status
  • Click on Apply, to apply the change to all the documents that were selected.

Clause Level CO

  • Click on Select Clauses

  • Select the clauses you wish to modify
  • Click on Edit Selected

  • Remove or add the Track status

  • Click on Apply, to apply the change to all the clauses that were selected.

Document Level Updates

When a document gets updated you will receive an External Action for the document as a whole. 

Clause Level Updates

When a clause gets updated, the changes will be applied to your CLCOs regardless of tracking status. However, you will only receive a Clause Update Action from Nimonik if there is a checkmark in the Track column.
